01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern the relationship between ZX555 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers with or uses the services offered at zx555.cam (hereinafter "the Website", "the Platform" or "ZX555").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of the ZX555 platform, you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you" or "your") confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ZX555's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ZX555 platform and, if applicable, close your account.

02 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

03 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to ZX555 is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Persons below this age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.

ZX555 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where satisfactory age verification cannot be provided. Any winnings accrued by a minor will be voided and forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to them in their country, province or territory of residence. ZX555 does not represent that its services are legal, licensed or available in all jurisdictions. Pakistani users in particular should note the existence of local gambling restrictions and ensure they comply with applicable law.

3.3 Other Eligibility Conditions

To register and maintain an account on ZX555, you must:

• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party;
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of ZX555 or any affiliated entity;
• Not previously have been excluded or banned from the Platform;
• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and at all times thereafter;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order that applies to the Platform.

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on ZX555, you must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, a unique username and a secure password, together with any additional information requested at the time of registration. You must ensure that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ZX555 is required to verify the identity of all registered users prior to processing withdrawal requests, and may request verification at any stage of the account lifecycle. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months;
• Proof of the payment method(s) used for deposits;
• Any other documentation reasonably required to confirm identity, source of funds or ownership of a payment method.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. ZX555 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify ZX555 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available on ZX555 are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. Availability varies by region and may change without prior notice. Payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are displayed as familiar contextual references for Pakistani users. ZX555 does not claim any endorsement, affiliation or partnership with these institutions.

5.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier. Deposits below the stated minimum may not be credited to your Account. Amounts are displayed in PKR where applicable. Exchange rates for non-PKR deposit methods are applied at the time of transaction and may vary.

5.3 Deposit Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ZX555 Account are your own, from a legitimate source and not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by verified Account holders. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of ZX555. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account, or to methods approved through the verification process.

6.2 Processing Times

ZX555 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing durations depend on the chosen payment method, completion of identity verification, fulfilment of any applicable bonus conditions and internal review procedures. ZX555 will use reasonable endeavours to process approved withdrawals promptly.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request is accepted.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no open disputes, restrictions or pending compliance reviews.
• ZX555 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier. ZX555 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins and other offers made available on ZX555 are subject to individual terms and conditions stated alongside each specific offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, game contribution percentages and expiry timeframes are stated per promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ZX555 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines — in its reasonable judgment — that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Coordinating with other users to exploit promotional offers;
• Placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements;
• Providing false or misleading information to qualify for a promotion.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Unused bonuses and free spins expire on the date and time stated in the specific offer terms. ZX555 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets and wagers placed on ZX555 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of each selection — including stake amount, market and selection — before confirming a bet. ZX555 accepts no liability for incorrectly placed bets arising from User error.

8.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or obvious pricing error, ZX555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's Account. No winnings derived from an obviously erroneous price or malfunction will be paid. ZX555 will not be held liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

8.3 Game Results

The results of casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer outcomes. ZX555 does not manipulate or influence game results. Documented RTP figures are supplied by game providers. RTP values displayed on the Website are illustrative and may vary by game version.

8.4 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets update in real time. ZX555 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw live markets at any time. Bets accepted and confirmed prior to a market suspension remain valid unless voided under applicable rules. Connectivity issues on your end do not entitle you to bet cancellation.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZX555. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games or any other multi-player format;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes to generate winnings;
• Money laundering or using ZX555 to facilitate any illegal financial activity;
• Using payment methods belonging to or controlled by a third party;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience;
• Attempting to access or harvest data from the Platform by means other than the published user interface.

10 Responsible Gambling

ZX555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools that allow Users to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your Account dashboard.

ZX555 strictly prohibits access by minors. If you are aware of a minor attempting to access the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ZX555 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, game designs, software and user-interface elements — is the intellectual property of ZX555 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ZX555. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZX555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical failures, system errors or third-party disruptions;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to payment providers;
• Any losses sustained as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your ZX555 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and fulfilment of all applicable terms. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

13.2 Termination by ZX555

ZX555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including in cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Compliance with applicable law, regulation or court order;
• Requests under a self-exclusion programme.

Where an Account is closed for cause, ZX555 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately confirmed, any real-money balance will be returned to you.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ZX555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZX555 will provide reasonable notice to registered users — via email, an in-Platform notification or a prominent website notice — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ZX555 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ZX555's internal dispute resolution process via our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to the relevant competent authority or arbitration body as specified by the applicable licensing jurisdiction. ZX555 does not accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for disputes arising from these Terms.
